We are looking for staff for a newly established skincare clinic

We are now seeking a driven, service-oriented, and sales-focused individual for our newly established skincare clinic, located within an already established salon. This is a perfect opportunity for you who want to be part of the start, build something new, and develop together with the business.

About the role

As a clinic therapist, you will work with skincare and aesthetic treatments using the M3 machine. You will be responsible for performing treatments professionally, creating safety and results for the customer – as well as actively contributing to sales and rebookings.

The role suits you who are skilled in customer interaction, advice, and sales, and who understands the importance of building long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in skincare, aesthetics, and treatments
• Is good at selling, recommending treatments, and creating repeat customers
• Is confident in customer contact and passionate about service
• Is responsible, meticulous, and professional
• Is flexible and self-driven

Previous experience is not a requirement, but it is advantageous if you are:

• Skincare therapist
• Spa therapist
• Massage therapist
• Or have another relevant background in treatments

Working hours

• You determine your own working hours
• The work adapts to bookings and customer flow
• Suits both part-time and those who want to grow over time

Employment type & salary

• Salary per treatment:
• 200 SEK per treatment
• One treatment = approx. 30 minutes
• Corresponds to up to 400 SEK per hour
• In addition to a base salary, we offer a bonus system with clear milestones each month
• Bonus model will be presented during the interview
